Pennsylvania rent prices show decline for first time in two years

UNDATED – A new report shows that following two years of steady increases, rent amounts decreased a little bit in Pennsylvania during the final six months of 2022.

Average rent for a one-bedroom apartment in the Keystone State is now at $985, which is a three percent drop from this year’s summer levels.

In their study, the team of analysts also found that in spite of the recent decline, rental prices are up a total of 22 percent in the past two years.
