Pennsylvania gas prices continue to decrease this week

Undated – Gas prices are down again in Pennsylvania according to this week’s GasBuddy survey.

Average gasoline prices have fallen 10.1 cents per gallon in the last week, and now average $4.78 per gallon across the state.

That’s according to GasBuddy’s survey of more than 5,200 stations in Pennsylvania.

Even with a little bit of relief, prices are still $1.56 per gallon higher than a year ago.

Patrick De Haan, head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy, says that we could see a sharp reversal in the decline.

De Haan said there remains risk of a spike in prices that could send us to new record levels in August, should any disruptions occur.
