UNDATED – Over $41 million dollars is now available to improve rail freight networks in Pennsylvania.
According to PennDOT officials, applications are now open for two grant programs that help repair, expand, and improve freight rail infrastructure statewide.
Officials also say this funding supports businesses that rely on rail services while also improving railway safety.
Applications are now available through the State’s website and are being accepted through August 28th.
