PennDOT excavator windows shot, causing $1,500 of damage

Bradford Township, PA – The windows were shot out of an excavator vehicle owned by PennDOT, causing $1,500 worth of damage.

It happened at the PennDOT facility along Interstate 80 westbound in Bradford Township, Clearfield County, sometime between Jan. 22 and 25.

The unknown suspect shot the windows and rearview mirror of the excavator.

The bullet holes appear to be from a .22 caliber firearm.
