Penn State Suing Insulin Makers

UNDATED – Penn State University is suing multiple insulin manufacturers claiming they have been inflating the price of the life saving drug and other diabetic supplies.

In the federal suit against Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk, Sanofi, alongside pharmacies like CVS, Express Scripts, and OptumRX claims they have conspired to raise insulin prices while using rebates and fees to make a profit. 

The university is seeking compensation for the fraudulent charges that Penn State has paid for the life saving drug.
