DUBOIS – Penn Highlands Healthcare has been recognized for their service for maternal and child care.
For the second year, Penn Highlands received the Pennsylvania Perinatal Quality Collaborative Designation award.
This award recognizes hospitals for their commitment to maternal and newborn health, in addition to improvement in those fields.
