Becker’s Hospital Review has given Penn Highlands Elk a five star rating for outstanding staff responsiveness.
The St. Marys facility is one of only 17 hospitals in Pennsylvania to earn the five star distinction.
The President of Penn Highlands Elk, Brad Chapman, said the high rating shows a commitment to high-quality care, and he added that ”the men and women who provide care at Penn Highlands Elk are some of the most skilled, caring and compassionate people in this region.”
