CLEARFIELD – A Penfield man will spend up to two years at the Clearfield County Jail after pleading guilty to delivering methamphetamines.
We previously reported that 39 year-old Bryan Pyne had pleaded guilty to two counts of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamines in October of 2023.
When asked to submit a drug test in December, he allegedly admitted to having drugs in his system.
Now, he has been sentenced to spend between six months and two years at the Clearfield County Jail.
