DUBOIS – A total of 27 child pornography and corruption of minors charges have been filed against a Penfield man.
State Police say 32-year-old Travis Kramer is accused of sending sexual messages and photos to a 16-year-old girl through a social media site. Kramer allegedly sent the messages to the teen during the summer of 2021.
When Kramer’s phone was seized and examined earlier this year, a number of child porn images were found.
The preliminary hearing for Kramer is scheduled for December 2nd. He is being held in the Clearfield County Jail on $75,000 bail.
