Penfield, PA – A man who shoplifted food in Penfield recently continued to show up in the police reports several times in one day as he kept returning to the store where he had already been kicked out.

36-year-old Jared Maines from Penfield had originally just been facing charges for causing a disturbance by yelling and swearing inside the Nittany Minit Mart in Penfield around 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 29.

However, he then reportedly came back to the store a few hours later and stole a 12-inch Italian hoagie worth about $8.

Then yet again around 8 p.m. that night, police were called to the store for reports that Maines was still hanging around the building after being asked to leave. T

hen the next day, Jan. 30, police have another report of Maines stealing from the Nittany Minit Mart in Penfield, this time allegedly taking a $4 stromboli.

Another police report was filed earlier last month on Jan. 10 for Maines causing a scene at a different location, the Penfield Dollar General. He’ll face multiple charges of disorderly conduct.
