PENFIELD – A Penfield man was denied bail after allegedly admitting to taking drugs.

According to court documents, 39 year-old Bryan Pyne had pleaded guilty to two counts of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamines in October of 2023 and was facing a minimum of six months in prison.

When asked to submit a drug test before sentencing, Pyne could not provide a sample, and allegedly admitted to using methamphetamines about a week prior.

Pyne’s bail was then denied and he was then sent to the Clearfield County Jail awaiting a sentencing hearing next month.
