PENFIELD – A Penfield man is facing several charges after allegedly choking a woman and threatening a child during an argument.
On March 29th, police responded to reports of a domestic dispute at a State Park Road residence in Huston Township.
Once on scene police learned that 24 year-old Daniel Schwertfeger Jr. allegedly got into an argument with the female victim when he damaged her vehicle before he grabbed her by the neck while threatening to harm her child.
He then allegedly fled before police arrived.
Schwertfeger is now facing felony terroristic threats, strangulation, simple assault, and criminal mischief charges.
