
PENFIELD – A Penfield man is facing charges after police allegedly found 127 bags of fentanyl and other drugs.
On October 22nd State Police responded to a Hoovertown Road residence to serve arrest warrants for 46 year-old David Levenduski Jr. where they allegedly saw drug paraphernalia in plain view.
After obtaining a search warrant, authorities seized 127 bags of fentanyl, glass smoking devices, digital scales, and multiple weapons.
He is now facing felony manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and over 250 other misdemeanor drug charges.
