WEEDVILLE – Route 255 is now open after a standoff in Weedville.
At around 10am police responded to a Weedville residence, where we have since learned from a contact with State Police, that authorities are engaged in a standoff situation.
At around 7:30 the suspect surrendered to police. The roadway was then reopened to the public.
