UNDATED – Peak leaf viewing season has hit the Tri-County area.
According to the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, progression of leaf coloration has stalled with the recent stable warmer than average weather.
Elk County coloration is still on the decline, Clearfield County has hit peak colors, and Jefferson County is still approaching peak season.
