Jefferson Co. – A 64-year-old man is facing multiple charges following a disturbance at a Jefferson County antique mall where he allegedly assaulted two State Police troopers.
Frank Emmell of Patton is also accused of harassment and disorderly conduct for his actions against two women and a man at Yoder’s Antique Mall in Gaskill Township Saturday afternoon.
When State Police responded to the scene, Emmell allegedly hit one of the arresting troopers in the head; and then he spit at the back of the head and neck of another trooper.
Emmell is in the Jefferson County Jail awaiting a preliminary hearing.
