PUNXSUTAWNEY – Jefferson County vehicle owners get another opportunity to replace a peeling or faded Pennsylvania license plate today for free.
State Representative Brian Smith is teaming up with local law enforcement for a license plate replacement event in Punxsutawney. If one or more numbers or letters on your plate cannot be recognized from 50 feet away, or if there is blistering, peeling, discoloration or loss of reflectivity, the plate should be replaced.
Today’s event is scheduled to take place at the Punxsutawney Borough Complex on East Mahoning Street from 4 till 6pm.
