DUBOIS – A DuBois man has been jailed after a traffic stop allegedly uncovered over 300 bags of fentanyl and around two pounds of methamphetamines.
According to police, troopers pulled over a vehicle for speeding on Interstate 80 in Marion Township on January 28th, where the driver, 41 year-old Joseph Alvin Jr. allegedly admitted to not having a drivers license and the vehicle was not his
When officers asked to search the vehicle, permission was reportedly denied. However, a K-9 unit allegedly signaled for drugs.
A search allegedly revealed 337 bags of fentanyl and around two pounds of methamphetamines.
He was then taken to the Centre County Jail where he faces felony possession with intent to deliver charges.
