MORRIS TWP. – An Osceola Mills man was arrested for reckless endangerment after he was found walking in the middle of the roadway carrying a young child.
According to State Police, 26-year-old Roy Ibberson was heavily intoxicated carrying a 1-year-old child when he was walking barefoot in the middle of the roadway at dusk.
When police attempted to take Ibberson into custody, he reportedly resisted arrest.
Ibberson was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and related charges.
