Jefferson County, PA – A 25-year old woman from Oregon has been charged with burglary, criminal trespass, and false identification after allegedly stealing a Jefferson County man’s vehicle.
Police have identified Kelsey Gaffney as the woman charged in the case dating back to September 25th when the victim’s 2005 Jeep was stolen from his garage. Police spotted the vehicle a short time later near the Brookville Borough Line parked next to a single wide trailer. Gaffney initially gave police an alias but later was identified when troopers found various prescriptions in her possession under the name Gaffney. After further investigation police found video evidence of Gaffney linking her to stolen Jeep.
She was arrested and is currently lodged in the Jefferson County Jail.
