CORSICA – An Oil City man is facing multiple charges in Jefferson County for allegedly hitting a woman with his car after stealing an air conditioning pump in Corsica last week.
State Police say 26-year-old James Dunkle is accused of taking the pump from a residence, and then driving his Trailblazer into the victim as she tried to prevent him from getting away.
The victim reportedly suffered minor injuries.
According to court documents, charges against Dunkle include aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, and theft.
Dunkle is free after posting $30,000 bail.
