Oil City Man Charged After Threats Against Judge and Family
Police say charges are being filed against 25-year-old Zachary Mangum of Oil City after he allegedly threatened to kill a Jefferson County judge and members of his own family following a custody hearing.
According to the police report, Mangum has a history of mental health struggles and made multiple violent threats. Authorities have not yet released details on the specific charges filed in the case.
