BROOKVILLE – An Ohio man is behind bars after he went to Brookville to meet who he thought was a teenage girl for sex.
According to authorities, 32 year-old Nicholas Tualbee was in contact with the group 814 pred hunters disguised as a teenage girl since February 26th.
The fake teen told Tualbee she was only 15 but he allegedly continued to send explicit messages.
On March 14th, he went to the Brookville Sheetz to meet the “teen” but was met by police instead.
He is now at the Jefferson County Jail facing sexual assault charges.
