HOUTZDALE – The Office of District Justice James Glass in Houtzdale has made public its annual report for 2022.
Last year, Glass presided over 1,700 total offenses, and more than $182,000 was received in fees and fines.
More than two-thirds of that money was paid to Pennsylvania’s State Department of Revenue while a little more than $33,000 was disbursed to Clearfield County and the 27 municipalities served by the District Justice.
