DuBois City Solicitor Toni Cherry withdrew preliminary objections Friday to the injunction prohibiting the DuBois City Council from buying out the contract of former City Manager Herm Suplizio. A second hearing on the issue is scheduled for Monday morning. Currently objections filed by Attorney Bill Shaw on behalf of Suplizio have not been withdrawn. The court must still rule on the permanency of the injunction.
