HUSTON TOWNSHIP – A Ballston New York man has been found guilty for his role in a Huston Township crash.
39 year-old Jesse Harris was charged with DUI in a March 2024 crash on Route 153 in Huston Township.
Police say Harris was traveling at over 100 miles an hour while under the influence of Kratom, a caffeine like stimulant that can cause opiate like effects, when he attempted to pass a vehicle and crashed into them.
Harris has been housed at the Clearfield County Jail since January, he is expected to be sentenced within the next 60 days.
