CLEARFIELD – One woman is behind bars after police received reports of a woman nodding off while feeding her child at a Clearfield Dairy Queen.
According to police, they received several calls on Wednesday June 4th of the woman, later identified as 38 year-old Jessica Bowman, was repeatedly nodding off while caring for a small child in a stroller.
Once on scene police learned that Bowman allegedly had drug paraphernalia, prescription pill bottles, and broken glass pipes.
The child was then taken by Child and Youth Services, and Bowman was transported to the Clearfield County Jail.
