Morrisdale – A Morrisdale man accused of pulling a gun on police during a domestic dispute will spend up to three years in county jail.
On May 18th 2025, troopers responded to a Ireland Drive address in Morrisdale for reports of a domestic dispute.
Once on scene the victim told police that 30 year-old Jeremy Kessling was intoxicated and they got into an argument.
Police say that Kessling then appeared with a firearm and resisted officers before being placed into custody.
Now after pleading guilty to aggravated assault and resisting arrest, Kessling was sentenced to spend between 13 months and 14 days to three years in the county jail.
