Morrisdale man charged with corruption of minors

A Morrisdale man will be spending one to 10 years in state prison for multiple offenses, including allowing his children to smoke marijuana.

In Clearfield County Court Tuesday, 31-year-old Robert Foster Jr. pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief and theft.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, a report was received that Foster was giving his children marijuana to smoke, before they went to bed.
