BLAIR COUNTY – The man accused of shooting and killing a CEO in New York City could be returning to Pennsylvania for a court appearance.
With a current November 7th date for pre-trial motions, authorities are asking for him to be transferred to Altoona for the proceedings.
In Altoona, he is facing forgery and false identification charges.
