
Shippenville, PA – A man was seriously injured after running a red light in Clarion County and being struck by another vehicle.
67-year-old John Baker from Shippenville had been driving his Chevy Silverado through Shippenville around 7:50 last Thursday morning.
He went through a red light at the intersection of Route 322 and South School Street. He was struck by a Dodge Journey driven by 44-year-old Kelly Weaver from Knox.
Weaver suffered minor injuries.
Baker suffered serious injuries and was flown by LifeFlight to Allegheny General Hospital.
Both had been wearing their seat belts. Baker is being charged from running the red light.
