Monroe Township, PA – A man is accused of leaving photos of male genitalia on the vehicles of two women in Clarion County.
The victims, a 23-year-old Bradford woman and 28-year-old Clarion woman, said several indecent images were left on their vehicles while parked at Mall Lane and Route 68 in Monroe Township near Clarion.
Police started the investigation on Nov. 26 and found that 66-year-old Jeffrey Bechtold from Trafford, PA, was involved in the crime.
He’s facing charges of disseminating intimate images.
