PUNXSUTAWNEY – Police in Jefferson County have filed multiple harassment charges against a 34-year-old man for repeatedly making sexual advances toward a woman at a club in Punxsutawney.
According to court documents, Daryl Vining of Arnold is also facing charges of drug possession, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.
Punxsutawney Borough Police say Vining allegedly approached the victim several times inside the club and made lewd, sexual comments.
Police discovered that Vining was wanted on a warrant out of Westmoreland County, and he was found to be in possession of suspected crystal meth.
Vining allegedly admitted to the police that he was high on meth.
A preliminary hearing for Vining is scheduled for May 2nd.
