Man caught with stolen gun, meth, heroin in Morrisdale

Morris Township, PA – A Cambria County man was allegedly caught with a stolen handgun, meth, and heroin or fentanyl when he was arrested on a warrant while in Clearfield County.

Police detained 36-year-old Michael Strohecker from Fallentimber, PA, while he was riding his motorcycle on Lamb Drive in Morrisdale on Sept. 6.

Strohecker did not give police permission to search his motorcycle, but it was towed away because he was arrested on previous warrants.

Police got the proper search warrant and later investigated the motorcycle.

They allegedly found a stolen handgun, suspected methamphetamines, heroin or fentanyl, and various drug paraphernalia. Police do not say the quantity of drugs that they seized.
