Troutville, PA – A man is being held in Clearfield County Jail after allegedly holding two people at gunpoint in Troutville.
49-year-old William Shugarts reportedly went to a home in Troutville on Wednesday, threatened to shoot himself, and threatened two other people.
No one was seriously injured or killed, though at least one of the victims was shoved and held against her will.
Shugarts is facing numerous felony charges. His preliminary hearing will be held today.
