CLEARFIELD – A man who was charged for allegedly raping two underaged coworkers is now being accused of assaulting his fellow inmates.
29 year-old Taylor English has been in the Clearfield County Jail since May where he was accused of sexually assaulting two of his underage coworkers.
Now, police say that he allegedly physically assaulted other inmates and performed sexually suggestive acts.
