LUTHERSBURG – The teen charged with shooting and killing a 12 year-old girl will remain in juvenile court.
We previously reported that Aaron Klingensmith was charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, and recklessly endangering another person after authorities say he used his father’s gun to kill a 12 year-old girl in late April 2024.
An appeal to keep the case in adult court was denied last week, with the Superior Court of Pennsylvania upholding a Clearfield County judge’s decision to transfer the case to juvenile court.
