ROCKTON – Theft charges have been filed against a 53-year-old Luthersburg man.
State Police say Todd Donahue is accused of taking a total of $500 from the cash register where he worked, Mountain Extreme Powersports on Rockton Mountain.
Security video shows Donahue removing the money from the cash register at the end of three different shifts he worked in June, July and August.
