DUBOIS – A Luthersburg woman is facing several charges after she was allegedly caught in a fentanyl drug bust last month.
According to Sandy Township Police, 23 year-old Jessica McClure allegedly sold the deadly drug during a controlled buy operation.
McClure had allegedly reached out to a confidential informant to buy illegal narcotics from a DuBois address.
Police were then able to arrange a controlled buy.
The informant was at the target’s house for approximately 28 minutes where they then turned over to police a small bag containing a substance believed to be fentanyl.
Police then charged McClure with felony counts of delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of a controlled substance.
She has a preliminary hearing set for September 20th.
