RIDGWAY – A Ridgway Author is sharing her story of family, loss, and the struggles of adoption in her memoir “A Ghost Comes Calling“ , a story of two sisters who never met.
Rebecca Titchner, the author of “A Ghost Comes Calling“, was adopted as an infant in 1960. After dealing with longing thoughts, she found her birth family only to never meet her lost biological sister.
After finding her sister’s journals Titchner wrote her book, focusing on how two sisters who never met could be so similar and the struggles of adoption.
“It extends beyond just the adoption story,“ explained Titchner. “It is a story that deals with mental health issues, addiction issues, and family relationships. As well as abusive relationships unfortunately.”
“A Ghost Comes Calling“ is available through outlets like Barnes & Noble, Sunbury Press, and Amazon.
