UNDATED – Fall colors are beginning to decline in our area
According to the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Jefferson and Clearfield counties have hit vibrant oranges, reds, and yellows and are starting to decline.
Elk County has been on the decline for several weeks.
