LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP – Police have charged one Lawrence Township woman with animal abuse.
According to the Clearfield Regional Police Department, they were investigating reports of animal abuse at a Park Avenue Extension address.
After investigating, they have charged Samantha Wolfe with aggravated cruelty to animals – causing serious bodily injury or death, cruelty to animals, neglect of animals – sustenance/water and veterinary care, and failure to license a dog.
