Knox man charged after dog left in cold without water

Beaver Township, PA – A Clarion County man is facing charges after allegedly neglecting his dog.

State Police visited the home of 19-year-old Andrew Miller from Knox on Nov. 4.

They say his dog did not have access to a clean and sanitary shelter.

They also say the dog’s water dish was frozen in the cold weather, which meant the animal had no access to drinking water.

Charges are being filed for cruelty to animals.
