DUBOIS – Registration is now open for the annual Kids In Business in DuBois.
As of 6am, you can register your child now on the Sunny106 website to participate in the annual event located at the DuBois Mall on September 28th.
Anyone between the ages of five and twelve can enter to produce, run, and sell creative and unique products at their own mini business stall.
As our own Sonya Fetterhoff says for the past few years this event has brought out a lot of creativity in our local youth.
“It’s a lot of fun,” explained Fetterhoff. “The kids enjoy creating their products. Last year we had 34 kids signed up, and this year we hope to have more than that.”
There will be a slew of awards for the next generation of entrepreneurs including Best Overall, Most Creative, Best Business Presentation, Best Sales Technique, Best Homemade Treat, and a secret 6th award.
