With a combination of high heat and humidity temperatures are unlikely to go below 70 degrees outside throughout this advisory.
With these temperatures, there are a few ways to protect yourself.
Firstly, drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. You should also stay out of the sun whenever possible. You should also wear lighter clothing to prevent overheating.
Heat Exhaustion and Heat Stroke can be common with weather like this, so if you start experiencing dizziness, heavy sweating, nausea, confusion, or weakness move fast to a cool area and drink cool water/ice. If symptoms worsen seek medical help.
You are also asked to keep an eye out for family, friends, and neighbors during this time.
