Clearfield, PA – An Allport man has been accused of sexually assaulting a 10-year old girl and sending inappropriate photos to multiple underage girls through social media.
28-year old Justin Sypin has been charged with a long list of felony charges stemming from an April investigation where the victim claims Sypin contacted her on SnapChat and made contact with her multiple times after being told not to.
During the investigation Sypin allegedly admitted to having sexual contact with the girl on at least 10 separate occasions while she was asleep.
Police also found inappropriate photos on his phone that were reportedly sent to underage girls.
He resides in the county jail in lieu of $150,000 bail.
