DUBOIS -Court documents released revealed the decision process that led to the denial of a request for a detailed list of evidence on the case against former DuBois City Manager John “Herm” Suplizio and former employee Roberta “Bobbie” Shaffer.
During a preliminary hearing in September, the prosecution claimed that the defense had access to all the information provided, including bank accounts and statements.
In a 12 page document released Friday, Judge Stephanie Haines stated that the information was presented clearly and in a condensed format.
This follows the Judge’s denial of the Bill of Particulars almost two weeks ago.
At this time no update has been given on a trial date.
