BROOKVILLE – A Johnstown man is behind bars after allegedly planning to meet a decoy underage girl in Brookville for sex.
According to authorities, 31 year-old Kim Sto Dominingo was allegedly messaging the group 814 Pred Hunters disguised as a 15-year old girl on a dating app since March 17th.
Police say the messages contained numerous sexual conversations between the 31 year-old and the known “minor”, where he allegedly asked for “dirty talk” and nude photographs.
He allegedly asked to meet the “teen” on Monday June 9th at the Pacific Pride gas station in Brookville where he was met by police.
Sto Dominingo was then placed into custody and sent to the Jefferson County Jail facing felony charges of sexual assault, aggravated assault, corruption of minors, and criminal use of a communication device.
