JOHNSONBURG – A Johnsonburg man is facing even more charges after being accused of allegedly assaulting a teen and having child pornography on his phone.
We previously reported that 20 year-old Ernesto Fonseca was jailed for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor in February.
After searching the man’s phone, police allegedly discovered inappropriate photos and videos of the victim. In addition, they also allegedly discovered animated photos of underage girls performing sexual acts.
He is now facing 23 felony charges related to child pornography as he resides at the Elk County Jail.
