SUMMERVILLE – A Jefferson County woman has reportedly been scammed out of approximately $20,000.
State Police say the 69-year-old victim is from Summerville, and she lost the money over the course of two months.
An unidentified male suspect has allegedly stolen the money through various scams.
Police are continuing the investigation.
